A physical product will not be shipped, this is for digital products and services.
Refunds at our sole discretion, based on the circumstances. To be eligible to receive a refund, please contact us within 10 days of the charge processing. You will receive notice of whether the refund is denied, or approved and issued. Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process.
Once payment is made and you have requested membership access it can take up to 1-2 business days to process your membership. Once your membership has been approved, the subscription order has been fulfilled. FS Merch items may take 3-6 business days to ship.
